One of the most annoying thing of the Lock On mission editor is the lack of a Time over Waypoint/Target feature.

We have a TOT display at each waypoint in the editor, put the problem is it isn't forced upon the aircraft put is rather simply a function of the set waypount speed. This means that this TOT is almost always wrong.

A departure of an aircraft from the ramp will already cause a delay of 5-10 minutes to the indicated TOT, depending on the parking position. Because the waypoint speed is forced upon the AI and not the time at the next waypoint, the AI wont take any measures of regain the lost time.

You can never be sure when a flight will actualy arrive on a certain spot. For a missiondesigner this means that you have to run a mission over and over again and manualy check times over wayponts, adjust the mission and run it again in order to coordinate flights. This shortcomming of the editor is the most time consuming part of the whole missionbuilding process ( and is extremly annoying, because it would be avoidable ).

So a wish of mine is to include the ability to force speed OR arrival time over a waypoint to the AI. This simple ability would save me countless houres while building missions.

Personally I can think of more annoying things with the editor... no copy-paste function and the inability to see placed in the editor to mention a couple.

But as you say, the AI should be forced to hold the ToT instead of the speed.
