kontiuka Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 When I launched DCS, I got a notice that there was a new update available and I was asked if I wanted to install it. By mistake, I pressed no. Now, I don't get the update notice anymore when I launch DCS and I'm stuck with the previous version. Is there a way to force an update? Thx.

kontiuka Posted May 20, 2013 Author Posted May 20, 2013 I use to have that link in my Start Menu but it got removed. Long story. Anyways, I managed to get the update by deleting the autoupdate settings file in my Config folder (after making a back up of it) and then clicking on the DCS_updater application. During the install, a new autoupdate settings file got created in place of the old one. Anyways, this all happened because I mistakenly chose "No" to the "Do you want to update?" question. I normally don't have a problem.
