View from right seat is tilted backwards

Why is view tilted backwards when panning the view left/right from right seat?

When looking left/right from left seat, the view is not tilted backwards?

Actually the view on the right seat is tilted downwards slightly, while the view on the left seat is not.

 

This has been done on purpose as far as i understand it.
