daniellegraham Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 I am using WIN7 64bits version and I am sure that I installed the latest 64bits G940 driver. However, no matter I enable or disable force feedback in game. The G940 joystick don't shake at all. Also, I cannot use the throttle to control the collective.
PeterP Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 (edited) First : Check your controls assignment and if you are in the right 'game' mode. If you are confident that everything works as it should (you can always check the right function of a axis in the Su-25T) -. make a double check that you have no double assignment of one axis that fight each other. >>> Sticky: corrupt calibration? crazy joystick response? Use this tools Fix it: General Notes about FFB: DCS only simulates FFB 'shaking' effects if they are really present on your stick in the real craft - and not just because the surrounding cockpit and fusalage does this. But you will always have a realistic presentation how the hydraulics and mechanic behind the stick works : Stick shaking for cannon is only in FC3 planes present. Not in the high fidelity simulated modules. And that's good. It's more likely that you feel the shaking in your butt and not your hand. Solution: Butt-kicker and mount your whole controls and seat on a platform that shakes.
