I haven't flown the 33 much since FC came out, but it also used to depend on your speed and altitude. For example at around 800-1000km/h you'd get LA in level flight at an altitude as low as 400m.

Dunno if this has been altered in either FC or the patch though.

I put a guide to Su-33 air-to-ground ops up on my web site a while back

http://www.the-eighth-art.com/Su33A2G.htm

It is based on the Su-33 as it was in v1.02 and ED have made improvements since then, i.e. you can now fire the S-25s as singles rather than in pairs only.

The weapon is more likely to go where you want it to go if you dive at a constant speed with the aircraft in balance. Yawing or rolling the IP pipper onto the target at the last moment will probably spoil your bombing solution.

Start your dive from 4,000 to 5,000 metres if there are any Stingers or AAA close by and drop plenty of flares. I'm not sure if using reheat during the escape manoevre will increase the probability (in game) of a Stinger or SA-16 hitting you. Perhaps someone else could answer that question.

How can I do that? :)

junae; It happens automatically.

No one has mentioned CCRP bombing mode yet.

Place the pipper on the target then press and HOLD the weapon release button.

Use the steering cue ring in the HUD to manuver to the bomb release point.

Keep the "tail" of the HUD acft in the center of the ring.

You'll have a Time-to-Release counter on the left side of the HUD. It will count down 10 seconds (3 seconds with tone) and bombs will drop automatically.

Then you can release the weapon trigger.

well i tryed launching kh-41 with js_button_1 and it"s not working

The Kh41 is different ;)

You need to have a target set up for it in the Mission Editor.

Then, while in mission, you need to go into A2G mode, turn on the A2G radar (which IRL the Su33 doesn't have, but ssshhh), press the lock key, and only then can you actually launch.
