Sgt.York.AWG Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Which is more realistic? LOMAC or Falcon Allied Force
Guest IguanaKing Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 That's a question that doesn't really have an all-encompassing answer. In some respects LOMAC is more realistic. In other respects, F4AF is more realistic.
rasputin Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 IMO, Lomac gives you the edge in flight models, aerial combat and formation flying...not to mention more realistic visuals. F4 has a clickable pit, better comms, it's a better all-around war simulator and it has that big, bad heavy stick...the dynamic campaign. I "feel" like I'm flying in Lomac so it's my fav of the two. :) ----------------------------- AMD Athlon 64 3800+ Asrock 939 Dual SATA 2 mobo 1024 Corsair PC3200 XFX 7800GT Antec True Blue 480 Samsung 940B Track IR4 Saitek X-45 HOTAS Win XP Pro
Wombat1940 Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I think they both have there place, LOMAC-FC great graphics but no dynamic campaigns, Falcon4AF good graphics (particularly with the addon HiTiles) and has dynamic campaigns. I play both. Oops! I've said elsewhere I wouldn't get into pros ans cons ..... britgliderpilot Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 There's only one possible answer to that: Both. No self-respecting flight simmer should be without either one - there's no possible way I can actually recommend you not buy one of the two, for any reason. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/britgliderpilot/BS2Britgliderpilot-1.jpg
