I can tell from my own experience that about 80% of the tickets could be solved by forum-members and by using the forum-search function.

Hi peter i did all that, plus gave them a report from game off the issue thanks

 

@ sobek...not enough it seemed, cba quoting the text from the ticket thread but shoving it in there face helps a little! I will not pay for something that is mine and then not be allowed to use it! will you?

Hi ive updated my first post as it wasn't a very nice and i have added my ticket number. sry for being rude! btw my ticket has since been answered, i had upgraded my processor and now i cant play the game :/
