When I use the Auto Start I always end up with the Master Caution light on.... Doesn't seem to hurt anything but is there something else I should be doing to kill the light ?

Thanks..... Will give it a go..... Sometimes I get crosseyed trying to scan the keybind definitions.

Now if someone can explain why sometimes I can fire the guns with my Lt Mouse key and other times I can't..... ?

You need to turn on the IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) System. For some reason autostart doesn't do it automatically. It is the panel above the nav radio at the top left. One of the dials will turn it on and turn off the light on the master caution panel.

Just press R to reset it. It isnt clickable (yet?)

It is right click it with mouse to flick switch up to reset or just press R

Thanks, found it. After I pressed the R key I saw what switch it was flipping.

Now if anyone has a clue why sometimes I can fire the gun with the mouse button while aiming and sometimes I can't. Seems random to me ?

Is your armament control panel set up properly. Is the system armed with the red light on? Also, the switch at the top left of the panel must be set to 7.62. Make sure it isn't set to 2.75 (rockets). It should be flipped "down"

I have no problem firing guns or rockets with the stick triggers or keyboard. The weird part is that sometimes when using the mouse to aim I can fire with the left mouse button and sometimes I can't. But it will always fire with the keyboard or stick trigger. (After being armed of course)

Ive noticed a strange bug that might be related. Im not even sure its a bug, maybe someone can reproduce it.

Ive noticed that if I arm the weapons using the keyboard shortcuts (from the pilot position) and then switch over to the copilot seat and try to fire the mini-guns, using the flexible sight and keyboard, they simply wont fire.

Clicking the switches off and on, with the mouse on the console directly, solves that problem and the weapons start to work fine.

Anyone else notice this?
