Hole in the cockpit

Thank you very much for the Mi-8

 

During my first flights I noticed a big hole behind the copilots seat. Looks like a part is missing

Nah.... that's there for Ventilation, they haven't got the Pilots fan working yet and don't want new pilots to get too hot in the cockpit.
