Creating a Server within DCS Sim

OK,

 

I tried to create a new server in DCS multiplayer. That isn't the problem.

I set up the missions for freeflight for the P-51, I set up for 2 players, internet.

 

the server runs, but when the 2 players are shown in spectators, they can not join the server. it shows both coalations.

 

But only one can join.

 

any ideas

Network speed options set on LAN for server and clients?

 

If yes then need system specs otherwise we can't even guess.
