636_Castle Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 Hello folks, I haven't been able to find the return policy for products purchased at the official Eagle Dynamics website via the website itself, a forum search, as well as a Google search. Could someone point out to me where it's posted? Thanks. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] How To Fix Your X-52's Rudder!

636_Castle Posted October 20, 2013 Author Posted October 20, 2013 (edited) Sorry Viper, I don't see where in the information on contacting support where it states the return policy for ED products. Do I need to create a support ticket, and then wait for a response in order to find out what that policy is? Is it not readily accessible? Is it not readily accessible? All you need to know is contained in the EULA that you agreed to prior to the purchase of your licence to lease the product/intangible property which you read and accepted by hitting the 'I agree, continue' tab. A short, general summary would be that by installing the product you have forfeited your right to a refund of your licence fees payable. If the above does not answer your question then yes, for more information specific to your circumstances you will need to contact official support as per the link provided. EtherealN Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 If you wish to obtain a refund (a "return" doesn't quite apply for a digital product), you should do this: 1) Create a support ticket explaining the issue(s) you have experienced, and request refund in there. 2) We'll try to solve the problem for you first. If this is not possible, you get your refund. If you describe your issue here, I would be able to give better advice. 636_Castle Posted October 21, 2013 Author Posted October 21, 2013 (edited) I appreciate the offer to help EtherealN. Trust me, if I was having a hard time with a product I'd be the first one to post about it. I just wanted to read the official company policy on refunds, without it taking 8 weeks through the ticket system. I had already requested a refund, and it was rejected. So I wanted to see which part of the policy I had missed. I didn't see anything listed in the EULA. The closest thing I could find was that if your license is terminated, you need to remove the program. No worries though.
