Client Network Game Stuttering Fix

As per the fixes section, I recently changed hard drives and did a fresh install of LOMAC / Flaming Cliffs. I have the downloaded copy.

 

Should I have installed the Client Network Game Stuttering Fix after v1.1 and before v1.11 or is it included?
