Invalid serial number

Shaking my head a bit but anyway...

 

Basically, I had a few A-10 licenses purchased under a couple of user names from back in the day when I ran a server and 1.1.1.1 required two separate licenses (thanks for that, by the way).

 

So while I've been using one login for the server now, I use the second login for when Sweetest (the gf) comes in to play.

 

Anyway- short version is I bought combined arms awhile ago and just installed it on my laptop while the laptop was logged into the second login (eno_752)- and as expected because I had initially loaded CA onto my gaming rig (eno75) it wasn't showing a code. I logged out of 752 and logged into 75 (I was checking a crash out on my laptop downstairs) so that I could get a combined arms slot. My serial number came up, I copied it... put it in when asked and went about my business.

 

Then I Went to join my server from the laptop and it's giving me "Invalid serial number." Okay- this probably has something to do with CA and having logged out of the account or something... so I went back to my non-CA account (752) and tried to log in. Nope- same issue.

 

Can't ANYTHING be easy?

 

Edit: Well, erasing CA resolved it... but I'd like to have CA on this computer.

 

 

 

Anyway, help would be appreciated.

Have you tried unbinding CA and binding it to the account you use for A-10?

I haven't- what I'm going to try is reinstalling it but registering the key with the original account... And if that doesn't work then I'll try unbinding from the account... then reinstall it... then try again.
