Error when trying to open server - error 10049

when i am trying to open new server its says: "connection interrupt" and then error 10049.

can you help me solve this issue?

Are you sure you are at the newest version, if so have you tried running a repair?

i uninstalled the game and installed it again (newest version) and i still get this error

Perhaps try removing the DCS folder out of your Saved Games folder and allowing the game to recreate it, realize this will reset all your controls, but if you copy the folder to another location, you can import your old profiles have in.

Yes, move it to another location so it is no longer in your saved games folder, but dont delete it off your computer incase there are some things in there you want to save, missions, tracks, etc....

address error, in this case, it means you're using a unknown IP address in network.cfg ( IP address not assigned to your computer currently).

Delete x:\Users\[ your name ]\Saved Games\DCS\Config\network.cfg
