Stuck at "please wait" status when loading mission

The status bar loads to about 70% and just hangs up forever. I've loaded this game 100 times before on this same machine and haven't had issues before.

 

I am getting this error message when I have to access the task manager to force close DCS:

 

 

I also get some other miscellaneous low memory error messages related to DCS once the application finally does close.

 

I've run memtest 86 and my hardware memory seems fine (no errors), and I'm not having an issue with any other software of this nature, other than with DCS. I've also made sure I have the latest Direct X, C++, and GPU driver.

System specs? Also if you could go into "user / saved games / dcs / logs" and zip up your dcs.log and crash log that would help identify the problem.
