Engines on multiplayer

my engines wont start with the keyboard and button bines in multiplayer from cold start I trying doing the auto start I still cant get the engines on :cry:

by the way 1.2.7 works fine online

Do you play in game sor simulation mode?

I found the problem it only works on general settings. for the right the engines.
