Hi all

I have this issue when assigning the friction slider to zoom on my warthog throttle. The zoom all works fine both in and out, and there is none of that jittery problem that I'm reading about too, but I can't seem to find any threads relating to my issue:

The central notch in the slider is and should be default zoom....until you move it, and once you've finished zooming either in or out, resetting it to the central notch actually zooms in too much, in that the corners of the MFDs are almost being clipped off the screen. To get back to normal zoom, I have to retract the slider back a bit from the central notch. Not disastrous, but definitely a pain.

Anyone know why it thinks default zoom is way more than it should be, and how do I fix it so that the central notch sets it back to normal zoom after zooming in or out using the slider?

Cheers.

It's not an issue with the slider as such. It is an issue with how DCS handles things around zoom/views/etc.

And it is complicated. I had the very same problem, but have not yet found a really satisfying solution. But maybe you find something usefull in this thread: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=116407

Also as far as I know and stupidly as it sounds when you enter the cockpit you are not at "default" zoom, you get default zoom by hitting "Numpad Enter" once.
