Backward flare launchers.

I noticed that the Huey flare launchers shoot directly away from the helicopter. Pointing back. Where as the flare launchers on real helicopters shoot forward and down. This keeps the flares with the helicopter long enough for the missile to find the flares. If the flares shoot away to quickly the missilewill just keep going after the helicopter. The racks on the Huey before the 1.2.7 beta seemed to look correct to me. Added a few clips because I know someone is going to argue with me, even though I was looking at the flare racks on the side of my helicopter yesterday.
