I tried to find information about these orange triangles I see in the manual in the ABRIS section both on ARC and HSI modes (for ex. in pages 193, 195, 274, 275) and found nothing. What are they suppose to be?

I don't remember them nor in BS2, nor in BS1. They might be a removed feature from pre release version, and just were forgotten to be removed from manual. Judged by their orientation, they look like they might have relation to XTE and might be an aid in choosing interception heading.

I guess it's a mystery that only a developer from ED could shed some light. I am surprised though. These orange triangles bugged me from my first steps in black shark because there where there, but there wasn't any annotation arrow explaining them. Didn't anyone else wonder about them?

These are the RMI pointers of the radio compass, similar to the one on the HSI. They point towards the selected nav beacon or other radio transmitters via the ARK-22:

Bearing to NDB is indicated on the HSI and on the HSI ABRIS page based on bearing to radio beacon RMI arrow position. To display bearing on ABRIS HSI page, you first need to set the ADF signal source for RMI-1 or RMI-2. To do this, go to the ABRIS MENU page and select OPTIONS. Scroll down the list of options and select RMI-1 or RMI-2, and using the CHANGE button, set the ADF’s source to RADIO. On the ABRIS HSI and ARC pages, the corresponding RMI-1 (2) RADIO arrow will now show course angle similar to the RMI arrow on the HSI.

I don't belive OP was refering to the RMI needles. Here's a screenshot of figure 7-8 from the relevant page in the manual:

I believe what OP means is the orange triangle in the middle of the arc page, not the red and yellow arrowhead indicators on the compass line.

To my knowledge this orange symbology is not explained anywhere in the manual. Neither have I seen anything like this in-game. Possibly some kind of representation of a geographical feature, but this is just guessing.
