After ramp start, the cyclic stick was not in its central position(rctrl+enter displays).

Everything is fine in Ka50

and even I pressed trimmer, the cyclic stick failed to keep its position either.

trimmer works fine in ka50

I'm using 1.2.7

Make sure the "Control Helper" in the "Special" tab in the options is disabled. I'm not exactly sure what it does, but some players reported it was messing with their trimming.

I have the same Thrustmaster T16000M and it works fine.

OOOOOOh! Yes, I did make it enabled!

Do I need to also disable the rudder trimmer which means rudder not trimmed as stick (am I correct?).

Thanks.

Rudder trimmer controls whether the rudder is also trimmed when you press the trimmer button. I used to have it on when I flew with only my stick. Once I started to use separate rudder pedals, I turned it off. There's also a center trimming mode which works like in the Ka-50.

Just turning off the helper should stop the weird behavior you described. It's supposed to be some artificial "easy mode" for new pilots as far as I understand. I don't know what it does exactly besides messing with your trim.
