HOKUM52 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Designing a mission but Im finding that when i destroy just one vehicle from a group they all stop where they are and never carry on to their waypoint. I thought by turning off the dispersal option in advanced waypoint options would stop this. (untick enable and the other tick box (seconds i think) I want them to carry on to their destination no matter what? is there anything i can do?
esb77 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 The inelegant workaround is to make each vehicle it's own group. There's probably a better way to do it though. I know I've flown missions where with group dispersal on, after a few minutes of not being fired on the survivors of a convoy will regroup and continue to their next waypoint. I'd try moving this thread to the mission builders' forum. You'll likely get good answers there. Callsign "Auger". It could mean to predict the future or a tool for boring large holes. I combine the two by predictably boring large holes in the ground with my plane.
ENO Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Which waypoint did you add the dispersal under fire (off)? Sometimes I think I'm adding it at the start but I'm really just adding it at some random waypoint. Double check that you have it loaded at the SP "ENO" Type in anger and you will make the greatest post you will ever regret. "Sweetest's" Military Aviation Art

I found a way though to make them carry on. dont un tick the box with enable next to it and do not untick the one with value in it either. Instead set the value to 0s. they will carry on then.
