  1. I’m having an annoying bug in the second mission. First run I got everything ok and got to shoot enemies, but ultimately died. Now, I don’t get any more permission to take off. Comms to start up is fine, I hear 61 getting to their area, but no matter how long I wait, I don’t get to take off. Without permission the mission ends straight away. Tried multiple times, restarted etc. anyone else with the same issue or ideas?
  2. I have used Kneeboard Builder to reposition and resize kneeboards successfully so far, but I’m having problems with F16 Viper. If I start up Kneeboard Builder, and then jump in to the cockpit, I miss most of my cockpit textures. Running a repair fixes that. I’ve seen some posts others having the same issue, but not really a fix for that. Any pointers how to resolve?
  3. Since the answers were sometimes vague, I have transferred these modules from Steam to stand-alone and can confirm they do work - the list is of course not complete, since I don't have other modules than these. Also, I have not found any module where the transfer would have not worked so far (again not saying there could not be any). 4. As there was relative interest in the binding process as a video, made also a video of creating a stand-alone profile for DCS and doing the Steam account binding. Here's the video of bringing a DLC (Persian Gulf map in this case) to the stand-alone profile. Video is the same as earlier in this discussion chain. All the feedback appreciated!
  5. Actually, I did get a license to something that is 'not in the game at all'. 1) I got a license for SU-33 and that works also in DCS profile 2) Normally when I buy something I have a reasonable expectation to see it somewhere. Through the video (sorry that it did not bring value to you) found out that Steam does not show Supercarrier in the DLC libraries, but for some reason it appears in Manage DLC page. So, I have a license to something that is not in a game. Yes, my plan was to monetize the video and retire from work life before summer vacations. The plan can only be ruined if the Supercarrier is officially launched before that and the video becomes obsolete. Peace out.
  6. I ordered the Green Spring and made a quick video about it - have a look. You might also get a little heads up what can go wrong when opening the joystick (not directly linked to the spring). -Unboxing -Comparison -Installation (with an iron saw twist) -DCS aerial refuel test and comparison Click the image for the video - all the comments, questions and feedback are welcome!
  7. Hey, In case you are considering buying the pre-sell supercarrier in Steam and use it in stand-alone DCS, and wondering if it works, this video is for you. -Price comparison in DCS E-shop and Steam -Steam purchase -DCS profile linking -Results Click image for the video. Edit: thanks for the viewers, it seems the Steam behaviour is rather odd, the Supercarrier module is not visible in the library with the other DLCs, but can be seen in the 'Manage DLC' -page.

  9. Hey, I made a quick video demonstrating how buying a Persian Gulf map in steam and linking it to the standalone DCS is done.
