I am trying to assign my CH Throttle so that I can increase and decrease the power using the CH throttle stick. After downloading the CH Control manager program, I go into the options screen, and delete the default assignment for the collective increase (or decrease). I then go to the CH Controler column but cannot assign my CH Throttle axis. How do I do this

I been looking throught forum history..and have not seen this. I have trackir 4 with the up-to-date drivers as indicated in the newbie post. How do I activate this in the game. When I go to the options screen the trackir column is empty. Currently I can look around the cockpit with the mouse only. Also having CH throttle, I cannot increase the power. I guess the same question, how do I get the game to recognize the throttle as well
