BlueNotia managed to land their forces in Anapa. Taking control of the local airport. Their Objective is to clean Caucasus from RedVoria Forces. By having BlueNotia in proximity distance. RedVoria decided to move its aircraft from Krymsk to Krasnodar Center. The Objective of RedVoria is to push back BlueNotia Forces PS. Red Flag Rumble will feature two teams of 35 going head to head in the Caucasus Terrain, each pilot only has one life so every kill counts! Mission Overview Blue side -F5, AJS37 Red side -Mig21, Mig19 The detailed mission will be on the second post An exclusively AIR2AIR and AIR2GROUND head on match up between some exciting aircraft in DCS World, this Rumble round features an old school match up. There are also Air to Ground objectives so each team is looking to take advantage of their assets in Air2Air and Air2Ground combat to eliminate the opposition. The winning side is the team with the most aircraft alive after two hours or who ever eliminates the enemy first. RULES 1 Life per Pilot. All Clients must be on the 104th Teamspeak server. All Clients must have SRS installed Client pings must be below 300. We reserve the right to remove you for high ping / packet loss! Weapon Restrictions Nukes Viggen A2G Missiles GCI 4 GCI Slots are available for each side! GCI Operators CANNOT fly and must stay on the scopes for the entire mission. AWACS will be available for both sides, Combined Arms will be the tool for GCI. 104th will provide one GCI for each side however additional GCIs are welcome to assist with the workload. SIGN UP To Sign Up for the event you must have an account on ED forums, sign ups will be handled on a first come first served basis! There will also be a Reserve List to replace pilots who do not show up. You cannot sign up on your friends behalf, clients can only sign up themselves. There is a limit of 4 pilots from any 1 Squadron per side, however you can add more pilots to the reserve list and if any clients do not show up we will allow extra squadron members to fly. You can have 4 pilots on the Blue side and 4 pilots on the Red side from any 1 Squadron, eg.. 4 104th on Blue and 4 104th on Red. Remember... you cannot sign up other members on their behalf, you can only sign up yourself not your friends or Squadron members. 104th Phoenix Upcoming Events and Tournaments Dear Virtual Pilots On behalf of 104th Squadron I represent to you the following Events and Tournaments for the Season 2020-2021. 104th Phoenix with 10 years experience on organizing events and tournaments is bringing to you the highest quality of Flight environment with realistic Scenarios and missions. So… Let’s see together the upcoming events and tournaments. RED FLAG SERIES A blast from the past. 104th is continuing to bring the Head to Head Rumble Event, with Allies and Axis in World War 2 duel, with the Aces of Korea F-86 against MiG-15's and the famous duel between F-5E and MiG-21 with addition of AJS-37 and MiG-19. There are going to be the following events: RED FLAG WW2 - Allies vs Axis Planes RED FLAG KOREA - F-86 vs MiG-15 RED FLAG RUMBLE - F-5E vs MiG-21bis including AJS-37 Viggen and Mig-19 RED FLAG NEVADA Works have been done to bring the Classic aerial combat training exercise and aims to offer realistic air-combat training. 32 Blue aircraft which are include 24 Fighters, 4 bombers and 4 helos and they need to complete Air2Air and Air2Ground Objectives. It will not be easy. 16 Aggressor Pilots are waiting for you. TOP GUN SERIES TOP GUN Series are 1vs1 Guns Only Tournament which take place in 2 days (depending the sign ups). First day is the qualifying Rounds and the next day are the Semifinals and Finals. It is a Tactical PvP Tournament that Squadrons can work together to achieve victory. Is a symmetrical force on force event that consists of 2 teams of 24(it can be increased to 32) Clients battling for victory in a tactical 1 life PvP battle. The aim of the mission is to attack the enemy assets while also protecting your own, both sides are attacker and defender. Each side will gain points for every enemy aircraft and ground unit that is destroyed. CARRIER WARS TOURNAMENT Carrier Wars Tournament is focusing to Virtual Carrier Based Squadrons and to Lonewolves that love Naval Aviation. It has similar concept with Joint Warrior, but Carrier Based ONLY. Available Carriers: Nimitz Class (including SuperCarrier), LHA-1 Tarawa and Kuznetsov Available Airframes for Teams: 4xF-14B, 12xF/A-18C, 4xAV-8B, 4xSU-33 (The numbers are subject to change. it is to simulate the Aircraft capacity of the carriers.) Both Teams need to complete Air2Air and Air2Ground Objectives to achieve Victory Conditions. Missions: Op. Poseidon (Caucasus) – Op. FinalCountDown (Persian Gulf)80’s Style – Op. Carrier Scramble (Caucasus) – Op. Linebacker (Caucasus, with a second edition to Syria Map) 104th FESTIVE FURBALL Winter celebrations of X-mass and New years eve comes with a massive guns only fun event with ALL aircraft that DCS have. The aim is to create as much chaos as possible with a large furball and survive! All aircraft will start within 15nm of each other charging head on in to battle at 500mph! Each rounds will have a 10 minute time limit. It will happen in December 26th and December 31st. DESERT ACES With the upcoming map of Syria. A lot conflicts have happened in the area from 1945 until present time. When Syria map will be released, we are going to release and a Server mission in 104th Server and to bring the real conflicts of the area in DCS. Inspired by true events, we will simulate the exact situations of the operations that took place in Syria from 1945 till now. The operations that will be available are: Op. Focus(1967) [with alternations to 80’s style and future] - Op. Orca (1982) – Op. Doogman5 (1973)[with alternations to 80’s style and future] – Op. Mole Cricket (1982) – Op. Orchard(2007) HELICOPTER TOURNAMENT Alpenwolf’s idea with Helicopter tournament changes the view of how we see DCS World. With an amazing Helicopter dogfights that keeps audience in tension. 104th will continue to support this amazing event from Alpenwolf(Cold War 1947 - 1991) So stay tuned in forum about Alpenwolf post for Helicopter Tournament. SERVER RULES Rules are simple. • 1 Life per Pilot. • All Clients must be on the 104th Teamspeak server. • All Clients must have SRS installed • Client pings must be below 300. In Carrier Wars there is air frame limitation to simulate the capacity of the Aircraft Carriers. Reasons to include Cyprus in the map. 1. It has 2 large UK overseas bases with are monitor Suez canal and all east Mediterranean. Keyword : UK....that means Eurofighter. Besides....all ELINT aircraft take offs from Akrotiri UK Airbase. 2. A nice topographical addition. Of desert and tropical climate of the island. 3.all east Mediterranean is in conflict. Political, diplomatical and armed conflict. 4. yes you can include Cyprus because if you look all map that dcs have. They are not squared (take example of Caucasus map, many things missing). So easily you can add just an island. Congratulations to urga for the map S!. I am ready to buy it when it will be available. Ps. Dear Urga Media. I really hope you include Cyprus. Believe me you will not loose.

104th Phoenix Server is Updated to 2.5.6.50793 open beta hot fix

104th Phoenix is skipping today's open beta patch, as we consider it broken to the point of being unplayable online. We will remain on the previous Open Beta version, and will reevaluate this decision when/if we get a hotfix. These "scheduled" patches have been nothing but trouble, would much prefer a patch only when it's a stable and relatively bug free.
