Try putting all graphics settings to absolute minimum, fly again and see if the crash takes longer...

now crashing 3 mins into most multiplayer servers as well :(. Unplayable :cry:

Hi, The game was fine last night, went on today and it crashes consistently within 3 minutes of flying the carrier take-off mission (regardless of graphics settings). Attached log of crash. i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz, 12GB RAM, R9 390 Series (8GB), TRACKIR (updated last night). dcs.log-20180531-114154.rar

did the repair function via menu and still constantly d/l to 2.5.1 lol.. i'll wait until tomorrow now.

I just get an endless loop to install the module but then says module does not exist.

for me I always thought it was 3pm GMT for releases? I think the Persian map came out late afternoon?

The sound bug is still present in the latest open beta release... it seems random when the sound cuts out. Very disappointing there is not even an acknowledgement on this one!!

ED can you respond as to whether you guys are able to re-create the bug? maybe an acknowledgement this is going to be looked into please :)!

same for me... but happens specifically when I load a new game (e.g. die, restart mission). There is absolutely no sound, no matter what options you change. The only thing you can do is exit the game and re-launch.

What do you mean by auto-download? The products are linked to your ED login, so when you load the game you go to Modules Manager and it will download your games automatically from there.

Thank-you for clearing that up, planning on buying a few modules through DCS today :). Looks like Steam will be dropped for me.

Sorry to be a pain - to confirm... If you have already purchased DCS World modules (e.g. Flaming Cliffs 3) and these are working through Steam but you NOW try to purchase another module, e.g. A10-C. You cannot now play A10-C module through steam, you would have to separately download DCS world from ED and re-activate previous bought modules?

Thank-you so much! That is it! I had realised after reading your post that the first time it happened I must have pressed control at least three times then it worked, but after sending another msg the keyboard lost control again. Do you know if ED are aware of this?

No, singleplayer seems to be perfect at the moment. Just when entering MP. It's very strange, really have no idea what is going on.

Just tried FC2 online today and coming across some weird problems. The first problem I had was I chose a Mig29, but got the F15 cockpit. Then all the controls froze except for the joystick? I couldn't put the gear up, flaps up, change weapons etc. It then happened to me for a second time, and I couldn't even escape out of the game, I had to ctrl+alt+dlt, and end task. Has anyone else had this? Or know a fix?

I sent an email on saturday, and just had what was posted on the forum copied and pasted to me. But it assured me that it would all be sorted within a day (yesterday). Really not good, they should by now be releasing codes. I know as stated above it would be more time consuming etc. BUT this is my money I have parted with. To which I have nothing for at the moment........ I am slightly worried that it is nearing the end of the working day in Russia, so I'm doubting more and more we will see anything today. I also doubt there will be any compensation for all this hassle. So please just send us our activation keys?
