    No, the fuel pressurization isn't "automatic", you have to switch it on (perhaps open the knob, better said) whenever you climb to that kind of altitude. As with the supercharger, since it's atmospheric pressure dependant, it's not always the same altitude you should have to use it as it's not always the same altitude when auto supercharger kicks in second stage.
    You could check the electric fuel pump either, since its not mandatory when the wobble pump is used to start the engine, but again at altitude you might need to use it or pump manually all of the time.

    If you've used the technique I told you (constant pedalling, dunno the name in English if there's one for that bush piloting technique) keep using it while landing. Don't know what exactly you might be struggling with while landing, but pedalling as a base for control is quite nice for tail draggers landings.
    Of course a TrackIR or any other visual control device helps, now with VR there's even a whole new level for that, but back in the day where the best we had was stick hat for controlling views the TrackIR was a total blast, like being no more stuck with your head in the cockpit looking anywhere with your own head. You'll see how useful such a device is, even in this VR era.
     
    Can't recall all the controls in game and their names, but there're different ones for zooming. The ones I usually use (setted in my stick BTW) are "slow zoom in" and out, they're usually at te very bottom of the controls' list for obvious reasons. They work either in cockpit and in external view. Don't know what problem are you having, but maybe you're using a different one meant for other things.
    Keyboard controls are usually there by default. If they don't show up you might need to reset your controls to get them back. Then you can reload your devices profiles so you don't have to set everything again one by one. It's load profile upper right corner, watch you're loading the profile for the module and control you need and not a different module since there you have a explorer and it can be pointed to any folder in saved games, not necessarily the one you're looking for. P-51 has TWO different controls folders for every variant, D-25 and D-30, you can set one of them (making sure you're in that variant in game if you're setting controls in cockpit) and copy the result folder to the other variant, it's the same. You can even copy that folder to TF-51 and it'll also work despite some controls aren't existing in TF.
    Check in your controls, axis controls, you have no duplicated axis in different devices, by default it's usual that happens.

    Since AB bombs are cluster bombs, they need to be dropped at a certain altitude in order for it to open and free the canisters. If you drop it close enough to the ground not only it won't open, it of course doesn't explode at all.

    For reasons not important here I can't push brakes on my rudder pedals, and I certainly have brakes set either in my Warthog throttle base extra axis and in a spare button of my joystick grip. They both work, they both can be bound at the same time, no problem at all.
    Axis's controls list is one bind, buttons controls are a different controls list, if you select axis's controls you have to use an axis for the control, but in the regular button's control list you can set all the axis controls to buttons either. They're just two different controls' lists.

    Actually, the DCS Dora reaches the sort of mythical 610Km/H at sea level it should. It does, I've tested it myself. But, you have to set the correct atmospheric conditions since indicated air speed (IAS) is a thing, and true air speed (TAS) which usually charts refers to is a completely different one, so you won't ever see those 610Km/H at the dial unless atmospheric conditions are the right ones. Otherwise, the speed is there (TAS) you just don't see 610 indicated (IAS) but any other thing (lower than 610, but algo higher on certain conditions). If you correct your 560Km/H IAS with the atmospheric values you had when you tested it you will get the real TAS (610 probably, or close).

    Play with that tool if you like, but be advised you'll have to use correct values, measuring units, and everything, otherwise calculated results can be quite messy and weird.

    Tailwheel lock isn't working until it gets locked, and that's not when you pull the lever, but when the wheel faces the right position, so you have to keep braking/using pedals until it gets locked (wheel facing backwards, aligned with fuselage). You are just taxiing like you have a free castering wheel in a high power tail dragger, that's a bit tricky the firsts times (and always, indeed). If you just bought (or reinstall or whatever) and set the controls in this module, make sure brakes are in the right direction since they are usually reversed by default.
