Ive got all the modules working inside steam. 1. download and install dcs world steam version 2. Install your ED version as normal making sure to register the numbers also if you have black shark 2 upgrade install this in the usual way 3. start ED version and update DCS World 4. go into the contents of the Ed version and copy and paste them in their entirety into the relevant steam folder in my case D:\steam\steamApps\common\dcs world. now go to add remove and uninstall the ED version careful not to uninstall the steam version recognizable in the list as DCS World Eagle dynamics. (the one to uninstall just says DCS World). 5. start steam and play. All modules are recognized and flyable you can update dcs world with the update exe provided in the bin folder. but I have since been told that because you now have a working update.exe that steam runs the update automatically....guess I'll find out when the next update is due

I started up my dcs launcher it then updated and now it won't accept my license for bs2..... and before anybody says "did you select the upgrade version". It did not give me a choice it just downloaded the update and applied it without asking me to do so????????

I recently Had to reinstall my windows 7. And after completely re-installing dcs world I then set about loading some custom controller profiles i'd created on the previous system and!!!!!@*$!*@ Arrrrgh.. nothing... it's still the same default fricking settings but duplicated across the throttle, joystick and rudder, and I'm not happy about having to setup all my controller from scratch it took best part of a day the last time. I thought the whole point of having an option to save a profile is so that you can save a bloody profile should the unthinkable happen :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

All my training and campaign missions in DCS A-10c 1.1.0.8 are hanging at the loading screen.....Iv'e tried reloading the game updating the training missions replacing my graphics card drivers, replacing my graphics card? all to no avail AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH can someone please help I am running Windows XP Home 32bit SP3 on an Asrock G31 mainboard intel q6600 core 2 quad Ati radeon hd 4870 4GB Hyper-X ram

Is it possible to use mouse view in a10 and have it able to click on the switches as well.....because it's easier than using my track ir with the mouse. It's a totaly instinctive way to move the mouse over a switch and zoom in with the wheel and left mouse button up switch or right button down switch, it's as close to touch screen with out having a touch screen as your going to get. if not, is it possible to create a lua script that can emulate this function

When Using the gbu 38 I line it up with the target at 12000ft slow to 200 lase the the target wait for release cue on the HUD and when I try to release I keep getting a hung store message on my mfds.......every other type of weapon works just how it's supposed, (although my aim cold stand a bit of practice). What am I doing Wrong?????

I wanted to try out the editor by creating some custom training missions for my own use but where can I get the nevada map, it dosn't appear to be in the beta version at all....:cry:
