I never switch on the controller in DCS, they are useless. Use only the mouse, in anyway when you are in cliffhouse push the small button right to the windows one, the one with lines this should bring you in steamvr and from there you can select DCS and continue.... I remember that for me worked.

With me working ok. I just close all and launch DCS. Dcs start WMR that switch to Steam VR that's all. I have also a no Steam DCS

And since FS2020 don't go with steam I down the number in OpenXR....

Ok because in FS2020 that is really hard to get it working, I need to scale to 50% 70% to have acceptable results

Does Open XR Developer settings have influence in DCS ?

1) put the hmd on 2) center the headset 3) launch all the apps you need for vr within wmr 4) launch dcs 5) press alt-enter as above when in game

Eureka I found the issue. I have a button box made by myself with a USB zero encoder button. It was recognized as gamepad from steam and if one of the button is on I have this issue. Solution ? delete the gamepad in steamvr... all is ok now

Was more fast, luckly I have all my joystick settings saved in a special directory... Since you are a kind of guru/genius here can you explain me why sometimes not often the mouse stop to functioning in dcs ? The mouse stop to move into the game but if I take out theG2 I can move the mouse into the windows and select all the things, suddenly when I put on the g2 the mouse stops again. I restart and all is ok, sometimes i need a couple of restart. My WMR setting is when I put on the Automatic switch
