  1. Currently pilots are insta-unalived if they land on water. We often simulate (C)SAR to rescue pilots, who can then return to the fight. This is currently only possible if they bail out over land. Can't we give the little guys a dingy or something? Thanks!
  2. Just a rewind button, would already be great!
  3. Right, so I have an actual Quest 3 headset and the thing auto-updated yesterday. Here are some other facts: I have never opted in to PTC, so cannot opt out of it Therefore I had no warning of issues with V63 until it broke (somebody writing about it somewhere in a forum does not constitute fair warning) Rolling back to earlier versions, is currently unsupported, so disabling updates is irrelevant this is the RELEASE condition of the Quest 3 now and DCS is broken. The current corrective actions available are: Buy Virtual Desktop (only works over WiFi, sub-par visual experience) Wait for ED to release a fix at the next patch point Somthing else...? I don't care who's fault it is: this is the current experience of many (every?) Quest 3 user who also uses DCS, and it sucks.
  4. This not the (optional) PTC update, its now the standard release that has been pushed out to everyone, and cannot be rolled back.
  5. Bump. Still an issue, back playing after a break of a few weeks and it was just so frustrating, it makes me want to give up all together. Unfortunately I can't help with debugging, but gawd, a solution of some kind would be great, even if it's interim. I really can't go back to track-ir..
  6. I am glad I found this, as was thinking that the Baltic would be an excellent space to make maximum use of the existing DCS protfolio of aircraft. My thought was to have it bounded on the west by Copenhagen, north by Stockholm, east by St Petersberg, and south by Berlin. This whole area has a lot of potential, for all the reasons stated in both threads however: ...it would require a significant leap in terms of programming and hardware. At that point, we may be able to map the entire world....
