  1. This is a must, both TADS internal boresight, ihadss boresight, AWS dynamic harmonization and SANUC, also, the outfront boresight isn't available when you are using the MTADS, only internal. These are vital procedures for an accurate simulation. A randomized aircraft logbook having CBHK corrector values to check if correct would be a nice detail.
  2. Also, I realized that it's technically impossible for it to be a 2002 apache. The reference material they are using has info for operating both block 1 and block 2 apaches. The first mention of MTADS provisions are from change 4, dated 2005, which is the date when the arrowhead system was implemented. So, minimum is 2005, but I still believe 2007-2008 due to CMWS. At that date perhaps we get the ASPI upgrade
  3. As much as I would love for it to have APKWS II, it wasn't an authorized weapon until atleast post-2012, 100% sure. In theory, the system is plug and play, and according to flashcards, they are loaded a 6PD type rockets up to a maximum of 16 rockets in order not to exceed the launcher weight limitations.
  4. The reference material (251-10 dated 2005) doesn't mention the laser pointer. However, I'm not sure if they are sticking to a 2005 version LBA, since in one of the release pictures you can clearly see a CMWS CIU panel at the right. The only mention of CMWS in the 2005 document is on the WCA description, therefore, it's unclear if it was installed at that time, I thought it was installed around 2007 or 2008. Looking at late block 2 apaches, if you see the center pedestal, below the check over speed tests and wiper panels, you will see a panel that isn't displayed on the ED released pictures, it has controls for an IR laser for the AWS, the blue force tracker, and an IR strobe. I believe it may have something to do with the IZLID. Later apaches just have controls for the Laser pointer in the WPN page.
  5. Iirc, block 2 apache IDM has the following modes, Longbow protocol (AFAPD), tactical internet (TI) and tacfire (ATHS). For communicating with the Kiowa, you would be using the tactical internet JVMF for airfire missions, spot reports, sitrep, free text etc. The ATHS tacfire is an older system, it was totally replaced by JVMF on later apaches, it has similar functionality and a dedicated MPD page. As it has said, only late AH-64E's have link 16. Also, non-radar AH-64Ds are still D models, not A, regardless if it has the mast mounted assembly installed. The only 360° radar mode is for the air targeting (ATM) and air surveillance mode.
