Is there some sort of Pilot Log in DCS so we can see the Hours in any particular airframe?

I have a Thrustmaster T.16000 Throttle, Joystick and Peddals. My issue is key binding to a "HAT" or 4 way. I can bind any button on the Throttle or Joystick, but not to a Hat or Paddles. On my Throttle I am trying to bind Pilot Zoom In / Out to some Paddles, but it wont take. I have also tried to bind anything to something other than a button and they wont take either. See attached pic. Any ideas on what's happening here? Thank you.

Turns out I needed Flaming Cliffs. working now!!!

I installed the F-105 and this is the view I have in the cockpit. Can anyone help? I can NOT see the instrument panel, Instead, it's like I see threw it to the Inside skin of the aircraft. I have also deleted, re-downloaded, and re-installed it. Same view. Outside views are great though. Thank you.
