Yes! The good feature to have pencil for wright on it during flight. Synchronizing with DTC could be also helpful.

I not have VR. And Kamov HMS for me also have zoom in/out option. But its not so good as Fulcrum`s because you have to set upset for monocule in spec optiom. It can be helpful for AG ops, when you set upset closer to ground or for AA when you set upset=0. But seems its not very user friendly during flight because you can not tune it in flight. I used tint color from external view, its quite simillar (purple)

100% needed. Every AG mission I need to use ground observer slot for searching targets, save coords with LShift+Lmouse + DTC. Would be better to use kneeboard for have all needed data right on the knee (on pilot 3d kneeboard) and connect coord banner (LShift+Lmouse) with it, so you can save them and set all data during flight without any DTC. Also could be helpful during long task with irl navigation procedures (you not need to alt+tab every next waypoint to check the current route) Very needed to have opportunity for keyboard input too. The usual 2d kneeboard not very immersive and overlay the cockpit.

RSBN and PRMG is awesome, but will you guys add ARK? Its more important for Soviet helicopters.

A lot of modules have binds for zoom in/out with using buttons on the mouse. F-14 not support this option. You can check in control settings.
