Yeah he used a weird compression, I fixed one livery by just using the base compression the NVDIA Plugin gives you for photoshop, but I havent gotten around to redoing all the files, would be cool if there were a fix.

What would also be cool is adding an "Uncontrolled" option to player/client aircraft spawns. Essentially having client spawns act as Aircraft statics until someone spawns in the aircraft. It would make conventional statics totally superfluous.
