Edit and add on to my 1st Post I am using window 10 upgraded from window 7 64 bit The bottom line of this problem is that the new beta of DCS WORLD does not recognize the mouse that is on the Saitek X52 pro. I think possibly DCS left out the coding that recognizes the joystick mouse out of the game. This only happened to me in the new beta I had no problem in the current version. My earlier setup was Windows 10 with the new Saitek beta windows 10 drivers and the earlier DCS WORLD. Everything worked fine no problem with the Saitek mouse. So this tells me that the problem is in the NEW DCS WORLD BETA. I can only surmise that this is a mistake by DCS or otherwise done on purpose. I hope a mistake and going to be fixed as I really enjoy the use of that Saitek mouse. Makes locking targets really quick and easy. ............Toto

Hello I thought I would bring this to someone's attention. I have just downloaded the new DCS WORLD BETA and everything was fine until I started profiling my planes. I was trying to profile the Su33 using the X52 mouse button. I assigned the axis X Mouse horizontal and axis Y to vertical. In game the TDS box would not move, using my joystick mouse when trying to lock targets. I reversed the axis's thinking that maybe I made a mistake!!! that did not work, then I noticed that my mouse on my joystick had no effect in the game at all would not move even in the user interface??? The regular mouse did work, it moved the TDS box but I want the mouse on the X52 to slew the TDS. I am using TIR as well. It works fine. Is there a new button command in the new beta that switches the mouse from regular mouse to joystick that I don't know of??? Hopefully there is. Thanks for all your hard work ........Toto

A10 A Freeze I have discovered that if you make a new mission using the mission editor and NOT the quick mission generator the A10 A will not freeze up. I made a simple mission with ground armor, using the mission editor and was able to fly until all the ground objects had been destroyed. This leads me to believe that PERHAPS!!!! the default missions were not edited to comply with the new 1.2.9 update, and that is why they freeze up. If my speculation is correct and you go on a server using a A10A and the server mission was made using the 1.2.8 update the A10A will freeze in the mission but if the mission was made after the 1.2.9 update the A 10A should not freeze up. THIS is all SPECULATION on my part and I am not a person of authority. But if you want to have a little fun using the A10A, while waiting for the OFFICIAL FIX make a mission using the mission editor, it wont freeze up.:thumbup:

Since the latest update with the Sabre Jet the A 10 A now longer works. It freezes up all the time. I run it in Single player.........freezes up after a couple of minutes. I run it in different servers!!! It freezes up after a couple of min. At first I thought is was my system but its not, as other planes in my DCS collection including FC3 fly very well and the Sabre which I bought is doing exceptionally well for being a beta. Anyway that does not fix the problem with the A10A. The old patch i used to fly the A10A all day!!!! both single missions and in servers with no problems. Please fix this.:helpsmilie:

Ok!!! figured out what my problem was! It was my malware scanner. It was not allowing some files to download. I turned it off and redownloaded and everthing went fine.DCS World and all the modules payed for, are installed and working well. C u in the sky's............... Toto

You have installed either your DSC WORLD into the wrong folder or you have installed Lomac Basic into the wrong folder If you are using a 64bit OP system DCS World need to be installed OUTSIDE of a C: Programs files(86) folder I am not sure but just a guess your lomac basic installed into a different folder. I did not have to use my activation key to do this either.

Hello Having problems installing DCS World!! After the download everything looks like its going to install and then halfway into the install I get this post:cry: C:\ Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Bazaar\Terrain\Scenes\High.scn3 An error occured while trying to copy a file: The sourse file is corrupted. Click Abort, Retry or Ignore to skip this file!! not recomended, or Abort to cancal instalation. I dont know what else to do. I have tried a torrent download and get the same results, only the problem accures at a different area in the install. Please help.:helpsmilie: Been trying all day to get my game up. Have other games installed and playing well. Dont think its my system. BUT WHO KNOWS!!

Need some help here. I have just installed FC3 and have noticed that I cannot profile my mouse anymore in Axis commands. In FC2 and FC1 I had no problem doing this. I used the little mouse stick to slew my target designator in the HUD. I could also assign the little mouse button next to the mouse stick on the throttle to a button command as well. I used it to Lock up my targets. In FC3 the little mouse stick and button are quite useless!!!!! You cannot do anything with them. Also the little rolling wheel on the back side of the throttle I used to push it in and the command I gave to it was to raise gear up and down. Its useless as well!!! The same little gear wheel I used to ajust my Radar range with. Roll it up increase the radar range, roll it down decrease the radar range. Cannot assign it to anything either. Tried my old FC2 PROFILE using the saitek software. No good!! it does not work. Does anyone out there have this issue as well, and can lend a helping hand, and Merry Christmas:pilotfly:
