  1. Thanks for the replies! When I set up the Orion 2 I did calibrate it and there is no dead zone set in Simapp. I plugged the old Orion back in and it works fine. Time to do a ticket with Winwing
  2. I ran an original Orion for over a year and decided to upgrade to the Orion 2 since I can customize it with cams, springs and dampers. After getting it set up and flying for a few hours I noticed that there is a dead spot for the x and y axis. I do not have a dead spot set in either the DCS axis tune or the Simapp. I am also using the 18 cm extension on it's lowest setting which places the top of the grip at 13 inches from the top of the base. I can move the grip in any direction at least a 1/2 inch before it registers any movement. With my previous Orion and same extension the slightest move would register. The latest firmware has been installed. Bad Hall sensor? Thank you in advance for any insight!
  3. I'm getting into carrier ops now and since I have some many mistakes they don't all show up in the mission summary. Is there some way to see all of the remarks so I know what to work on? Thank you in advance
  4. Is there any way to go back and look at your landing grades on the carrier? Also after I land and quit the mission, the grade is usually cut off in the box on the mission summary, not allowing me to see the entire thing. Thank you in advance!
  5. The issue you are running in to is one I discovered after many bombing runs. Not keeping your wings level is not near as important as not maintaining 1 positive G. I believe this is a built in safety feature which makes sense when you think about it. If you are pushing forward on the stick even just a little bit, the bomb could possibly hit the bottom of your airplane when it's released. Even with the power pulled back and speed brakes out, the airplane will still accelerate in a dive which creates more lift causing the nose to rise. Before you roll in, put in a fair amount of nose down trim and this should take care of the nose coming up. I love the Sabre and fly it almost every day, just don't ask me to explain the mcb bombing system, I still haven't got that one figured out.
  6. Thanks for the input guys, my solution was to memorize the needle position in relation to the instrument panel for the different speeds. The SU-25A is much more fun to fig than the T version even though it doesn't have all of the fancy gizmos IMHO.
  7. I thought there was a fix for this years back but I can't find anything. 200 Kph-400 Kph blocked when you are trying land is frustrating. Thanks in advance for any input!
