correct as-is Why is my F-18 supercrusing?
Rasmus Højgaard replied to Rasmus Højgaard's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Yeah i still Think it’s pretty neat that it can Oooh it’s like a knife to the heart when you say legacy hornet. It’s just the c model f18. I cant accept the fact they have been replaced. However some countries still use them. -

I’m fielding my new setup now. And having a joystick is very nice. But I could still see myself doing that mod as I fly pretty much every other module. And in a fixed wing aircraft I don’t think having two joysticks to manage is very good. Thanks for the tip

Well, sometimes things do not have to be so complicated to work haha Actually I am the one producing all the torque. When those pesky small apache engines can't deliver the juice, I step in. Goes well above 30.000 feet with 16 hellfires. Kidding aside I just built it in my garage and it’s not in the room I play in. Therefore my bicycle is in the background. But i think you would’ve figured that out haha.

Well thanks a lot. It's a bit redneck engineered. But it works great for vr But comfort is another story. Those screws get you haha

With the apache the need for precise movement of the TADS is important, and the little cursor on the warthog throttle is just not cutting it. So I've opted to put an extra joystick on my <profanity>ty ikea chair. I guess it works... Haha

Definetly not. But their inhouse media team imo is probably the best i’ve seen out there as far as trailers goes. They Will probably outdo themselves again as they always seem to do -

Hahaha, $80 is not bad for a rusty plane…….. in real life. Btw, installed your recommendation. It definitely shines it up a lot - thanks -
How do the closed beta team look for bugs?
Rasmus Højgaard replied to Chickent_Nug's topic in DCS 2.9
Yup, would be some great insight in what’s actually going on behind the scenes -

Rasmus Højgaard replied to Chickent_Nug's topic in DCS 2.9
How do the closed beta team look for bugs? Are they systematically going through every possible scenario you can imagine the Apache will be in? Or are they just playing the game and reporting every bug back? Are the bugs they are looking for “big scale” in regards to how the module interacts with the maps? Or “small scale” internal bugs with the module? I’m Curios -

Rusty default skin design choices
Rasmus Højgaard replied to Rasmus Højgaard's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Yeah i know salt is corrosive and so on. And the hi vis skins also look quite a lot better. But it’s just the rust at the vents over the engines im not a fan of. where can i get custom cockpit skins? -

Rasmus Højgaard replied to Rasmus Højgaard's topic in DCS: F/A-18C
Yup, but can you use the cockpit Liveries in multiplayer? Because then i would love to try that out -
I’ve played dcs for quite some time now. But something i’ve always wondered about is why the hornet’s skin and interior is so rusty and scratched up. i understand from an artistic standpoint that you want to make it believeable and get the impression the jet has been used. But why not give us an oportunity to select if we want a “from factory” design or a “beat up” like in the A10II The hornet is one of my favourite planes in DCS, But the viper for me has hit a sweetspot in terms of the balance betweeen Busted and factory. There’s something about the interior/exterior of the Hornets skin i cant get my head around.
