I agree with Wizard, I have an old system ( R3600, RTX2060) but I manage to run DCS mostly on High settings, flat shadows, DLAA, visib range and clouds on Ultra and I get a solid locked 60fps over NTTR and Persian gulf, on Syria I've also 60fps except on a low flight over Beyrouth where I have some drops to 50 fps. But Marianas... I can hear my PC fighting for his death to display 40/45 fps for what ? A rock in a middle of nowhere with a bunch of palms. I think it's the two mysteries of dcs : How well the syria map perform on my PC How bad the Marianas do the same ....

Hello. I've just finished this mission and everything is working fine. Chief take his (long) time but he has always attacked the designated target. I've just a question about the rockeyes use. I'm more confidend with laser guided weapons and I thought that the mk20 was for saturation against soft target so, I was suspicious engaging tanks with that. I've missed the target 2 time so: should the bomb need to be on target or nearby ? what is the best fuse setting ? Chuck's guide say there is one with 1.2sec delay and the other with 4sec... I'm not sure wich works best ... Thanks in advance and keep up the good works, I really enjoy your campaign

Hi, maybe this subject have been allready debate but I can't find a clear answer. For lots of reasons I enjoy playing DCS with an Xbox Elite Gamepad and I use LB and RB button assigned to throttle. While on every jet module I own, each press on the button give me a nice increase or decrease of 5% throttle, on WW2 modules ( free TF51 and I give a try on the P47 and yak52) even a slight press change the MP by 20 or 25% and this make the flying very difficult. I have see a topic about changing .lua files but it seem outdated cause I can't find the same code inside the files, so, is there an option to reduce the sensitivity on the propelled aircraft ? Same here but I have a workaround: Go to your DCS installation folder and open the file : DCS World\Mods\aircraft\AJS37\Input\mouse\default.lua in the section "local keycommands" add the line : {combos = {{key = 'MOUSE_BTN5'}}, down = iCommandCockpitClickModeOnOff, name = _('Force cursor to show on/off'), category = _('General')}, For me I've chosen button n°5 but choose your mouse button you want. It should look like this : Save and close. Enjoy

The 2 free campaigns are very nice, I really apreciate the voice acting. I also like the complex radio management on the " coup d'etat" campaign. I think it's a good training to the red flag. Unfortunately, on the caucasus campaign the 2 last missions are now a total mess. Mission 12 on the way bak to vaziani the airport is now attacked by the 4 Mig 29 (fight with Berger). The migs wreak havoc on Claw4 (and me) while they are landing. Don't I supposed to be in the friendly SAM area ? Mission 13 just after droping the GBU I get shot on my 6 by a mig poping in the middle of nowhere with no time to react . ( I have follow all the waypoints to the target) Coup d'état mission 1 a group of trucks is supposed to go from the north on the crash site but they never come. (I have open the mission in the ME. the truck are time coded so maybe I was too early over the crash site) Can anyone confirm this behavior in the last missions of caucasus campaign ? EDIT: Oh and 2 years after, the blocking AWACS in mission 8 is still there, but it's just a quick edit in the ME done in 30sec so it's ok THX.

Sorry, my bad. The transpose key in general section don't work, but you have to bind the key inside each module in the cockpit view section.

Hello. After updating my game to the latest stable version (2.7.17) the camera transpose mode doesnt work anymore: the view rotate instead of moving. Also, I'm still not able to assing the key to a joystick input as it was stated in the changelog. Is it a bug or I'm missing something ? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I've bought the F86 and the campaign on the last sale, and dont regret it. I like flying the plane and the story is well written. i'm on the mission 6 so far, but I had very hard time on the mission 4. I know that the relic museum is an old campaign and DCS have change a lot since the release, but now on the 2.7.11 version, landing on the mission 4 is very very hard because of the fog, ( wich look bad on 2.7...) and there is no light on the runway. I have made nearby 10 attempt to land the plane, I always miss the runway. So the question is: i'm missing something or there is a bug somewhere ? I've open the mission in the editor and remove the fog, looks better, and landing is easier, but can't save. Thanks in advance.
