  1. A new skin to honor the Radar Chicken God : https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3338363/
  2. That's a bit complicated for public servers hosting complex missions such as Enigma's Cold War or Contention, I was hoping for a command line to trigger the IC. Sad to learn this problem's been around for sol long
  3. Hello ! I hopefully encountered this issue when joining a multiplayer server only a handful of times, last time I remember VARS Pylons suddenly got rejected whereas it's been laying in my Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\tech\ for months without issues. I quit DCS, removed the files and everything went back in order. More recently a friend of mine was joining me on Contention server and was kicked after a few minutes becauseIC failures. What's more puzzling here is the incriminated files where in the core DCS folder (not in savegames), he deleted those, joined again, then was kicked out again after a while with even more core files to delete. He eventually managed to join and remain on the server but some of the deletions led to missing functionalities in the plane he was flying and didn't mod in any way. Beside the obvious full cleanup and repair, is there a way to manually trigger the IC on one's DCS install to check everything's ok rather than joining a server and being kicked out again and again ?
  4. I confirm the VR Mask is present with MSAA, but absent in any other mode.
  5. Hello ! Some minor yet irritating bug came out for me with 2.9. The VR Mask becomes "translucid" during flight, which produces a thick blue line on the bottom of the screens of my G2. It looks normal in the main menu though. Menu screenshot : In flight screenshot :
  6. Do you have XrNeckSafer installed ? That was the cause of this problem in my case, just get rid of it.
  7. Same here, 502 and all modules deactivated.
  8. You're absolutely right. Looks like I should have shut my mouth up twice in row, I stand corrected (with hot ego bruises ). You will, however, grant me the discord capture was a little confusing, since it mentioned the Quest, not the Pro. The Quest lacks the required hardware for eye tracking, whereas the QP does, and definitely IS on OpenXR TK compatibility list (though with limitations), leading to my wrong assumption. Anyway, sorry for the mess, please keep up posting your feedbacks on what could soon become my new VR HMD.
  9. I must confess I'm only checking alternatives to my soon to die Reverb G2. Some people I trust stated they managed to enable DFR on Quest Pro on DCS ; upon asking again it seemed less clear. Looks like activating Oculus Beta turned Fixed Foveated Rendering (FFR) option in OpenXR Toolkit from FFR to FR, without mentioning that eye tracking was off, so that was basically FFR instead of DFR. I deeply apologize for the misinformation here. BUT : Well, that looks like another out of context statement : this one seems related to eye tracking in the Quest, whether 1 or 2 they DO NOT SUPPORT eye tracking (they just lack the hardware for this). But the Quest Pro DOES ! So, we're left with this bug in the beta Oculus software mentioned by mbucchia, which might be corrected with a future upgrade, enabling DFR on Quest Pro. As long as my G2 keeps working, I'll keep looking for your valuable feedback here. Thank you very much to you all, and I apologize again for my misleading post.
  10. I’d beg to differ, DFR is supported for the Quest Pro using OpenXR Toolkit, including in DCS : https://mbucchia.github.io/OpenXR-Toolkit/#eye-tracking-feature You quoted a post from mbucchia that answered a question regarding the quad view DFR, and that is specific to the Aero. Please mind the context, DFR IS supported on the Quest Pro. An helpful answer would have been to quote mbucchia and remind this fact : https://mbucchia.github.io/OpenXR-Toolkit/fr.html FR is only effective at improving performance when you are being limited by your GPU. FFR will not help if you are limited by your CPU.
  11. @lobo not sure who you're asking, but yes I did reset environment data, to no avail. G2's tracking isn't poor per se, but the micro movement are a pain when using spyglass zoom, making it almost useless. It also affect some "look down" situations within the cockpit, when trying to reach some down low left or right panels switches. So much so I can even "see" my heartbeat. OpenXR Toolkit options to reduce shaking are most welcome, but I'll definitely try @LittleNose's suggestion.
  12. Interesting ! What type of VR markers are you using ? I only found those proposed by Varjo’s developer documentation website after a quick search, and was wondering if they’re appropriate for any inside out tracking HMD. Did you notice any improvements with the G2 ?
  13. @Charly_Owl Hello Chuck ! Thanks for your amazing work, I wonder how the DCS community would do without your invaluable guides. I'm starting to learn about the Mirage 2000, and currently in the process of mapping functions to my Warthog HOTAS. On page 9 of your M2K guide, I've noticed you left the stick H3 button (the one below the trim) completely unbound , and was wondering if that was meant on purpose (and then to what purpose) or if it was a glitch following the last update. I wish you the best for 2022, hope you and your beloved ones are all fine.
