  1. I reversed the triggers to avoid the conflict. I no longer go through weapon launch to launch a missile. I'll have to get used to the new setup. My trigger to throw bombs in CCIP now has more hardness and more travel, so I will lose accuracy.
  2. Inexplicably the self-protection mode is active regardless of the settings on the stores page. I have tried everything and in the middle of Air-Air combat, with SA-10 emitting a signal, I am launching HARMS into the void. I'm using Gladiator NXT and pickle has the lock/unlock feature for me. It's a feature I need to have within thumb's reach because I'm using it most of the time. Being able to disable self-protection mode would be ideal.
  3. Thank you, yes, I tried inverting the triggers, but for CCIP mode I find the first stage more precise, since the double action has a greater travel. I would prefer to disable the Harms, the self-protection mode, but I don't know the procedure. Unfortunately I don't have full fidelity hardware and I don't have enough buttons available within reach of my thumb.
  4. I have missile launch assigned to the second stage of the trigger and weapon launch assigned to the first stage. This conflicts with HARM in SP mode when I'm in Air to Air mode. Is there a way to nullify unintentional weapon throws in air-to-air mode? When I am in close proximity to a SAM site, the Harms unintentionally detach, even if I am on the opposite heading.
  5. Toggle waypoint for land and sea vehicles. A little tired of plotting waypoints for an armored patrol to cover an area back and forth along the same stretch of road.
  6. I'm on the same thing, I have to try different solutions and rack my brains with the editor to get it to work.
  7. I want to add, that in a mission with twelve T-90s on the move, we only got two positive hits with GBU-12. Which forced us to replace the GBU-12 with AGM-65F. The bomb is guided, but appears to be inaccurate when the target is moving, or any other factor, such as wind. It can take down a normal vehicle for damage, but an armored one will be left untouched.
  8. I've had to start from the ceasefire base, insert a free weapons waypoint and other attack setup options and it's working.
  9. Last test performed. If I select the (cease fire) option and add a previous waypoint to the target's waypoint by selecting (free arms), everything seems to work fine. Very strange.

I have mentioned this in another thread in another section and I think that it has not been given due attention as it is a priority problem, that is why I raise the issue again in this other section as a possible error of artificial intelligence. Since some updates the Hornet will be restricting the use of the AMRAAM for some reason. It is not defending itself and will only enter fights with IR missiles. I find no sense or justification. You can check it out here. Select F-10 and watch the opening fight. It is surprising that the SEAD role-playing plane has to end up getting into the fight of its escorts because they do not do their job. There is no chance to complete this mission with four restricted Hornets. EDIT: Replacing four Hornets with four F-16s the problem disappears. It's a Hornet problem. Cyprus Defense.miz
  11. This mission is definitely broken. It may work well now and it may have worked poorly in the past, but it's hard to believe that four Hornets with four AIM-120Cs each would be shot down or outmatched by four Mig-29s at 30,000 feet. If I want a realistic and balanced mission, I can't put eight fighters on one side to beat four fighters on another. It is amazing that the aircraft with the SEAD role ends up escorting its escorts.

  13. I've set up a four Hornet coordinated strike mission and it works pretty well. We defeated the frigate's anti-missile system by saturation.
