For me it's quite easy to understand. Razbam didn't get paid because they violated a contract. Simple as that. Happens all over the world and it's a part of business. If you sign a contract and violate it, it has consequences. Probably happened a thousand times with games you played or software you've used before. The thing is you never found out because there were no loudmouths and everything was settled behind doors in a civilized way. DCS is software platform just like X-plane and MSFS which has marketplace where developers come to sell their projects. But you have to adhere to their rules if not you won't get paid and you will get kicked out. It's that simple. For example, if you open a shop on Amazon or Ebay and you don't follow their rules you will get banned and your shop will get closed and depending on what rules you broke you will not get paid. Very simple. And it's part of business. So stop fussing and crying, and start reasoning. DCS is an amazing sim platform (better than any other sim out there by a very large margin) that needs to stay healthy and that only happens with our support and not with haters and drama queens.

That is true but I think the majority of the DCS community knows about and is not buying any RAZBAM modules at this point.

Not to mention the RAZBAM discord that looks like a Kindergarten fight.

I got a refund thinking the worst would happen and no more refunds would be offered later on. I have the money on hold in my DCS wallet. If the problem get's resolved I will repurchase the Eagle for sure. Right now non of the new modules interest me. Not an F4, CH47 fan and the new maps don't convince me. I like the Kiowa but rather wait for a sale. I was about to purchase the Harrier before everything went to crap with RAZBAM.

Yes you're right. But I really though the project would die sooner than later and refunds wouldn't be an option at some point. DCS that I know never mentioned a timeframe for applying for a refund. So I concluded was now or never.

I requested the refund just in case the project dies and I don't loose my money. If DCS and RAZBAM fix their legal issues and the projects get's back on it's feet I may purchase it again since I love the F15E.

Loved the F15E what a pity. Hope DCS or Heatblur decide to remake this fabulous icon. Or probably purchase RAZBAM's and continue developing it.

Yes it's happening even after the latest patch. Seems to have improved a bit but it still happens. Especially with a heavy load.
