Hi Guys,
I have been doing some methodical training in the Tomcat to enjoy some of the more mundane aspects of the fighter pilot's life in a Tomcat. While flying the A, and trying to refuel at night, I notice the probe light is EXTREMELY dim, and doesn't seem to illuminate the basket at all. I know there's NVGs, but I have to think it wasn't used in the A until maybe later, like say Kosovo or OEF campaigns. I can't find anything historical on that. Perhaps someone could lend some perspective. Also, is there a consideration to maybe increase the intensity of the probe light?
Thanks,
Cheeze
