I would think this as well if it didn't also happen to me after a successful ejection.

Quest 3, sometimes when I get shot down the screen turns completely black, I cannot press escape it does nothing, I can still hear all the audio around me but I cannot reslot and am forced to close the game through task manager. Screen is also black on monitor. This also happens post EJECT so I know the pilot is not dead.

Does not, switch only controls what the guns do in OPT mode.

Carrying Rockets and R27s the rockets are invisible to the computer until the R27s are fired even when A-G mode is selected.

Also the original Fuse is set to 11.5 seconds on the FAB-500 make sure to look at that too.

Use the relative axis not the other one

Make sure you have no R27s on your inner pylons, currently doesnt work if you do.
