I have flickering on Sinai and South Atlantic map. If I fly on the plane with mirrors enabled and towards sun. Appears after 10-20 secs.

Old CPU: Intel i7-990X New CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

I solved my problem too. Just bought new PC with AVX CPU. F-15E works fine.

Official DCS minimum CPU requirements: Intel Core i3 2.8 ГГц or AMD FX, both of them have AVX on board.

I am in the same boat. Unfortunately F-15E requires CPU with AVX instructions set and will be unplayable on older PC or until devs patch it.
