Have the same problem as @Martyr The SB3 tanker gets stuck on the nose of the Tomcat and won't move. I have played this campaign many times and this is the first time this has happened. This was the most amazing campaign with zero bugs for me in the past, sad to be thwarted on the first mission. At least I can hit a hard right and JUST avoid the SB3, allowing it to set up on the CAT and for the mission to proceed.

Ah yes. Draconus Sir you are correct, my apologies - I meant to say Heat Blur - not ED (Eagle Dynamics). And fair point regarding operation Reforger 1 (Iron Heel) and Reforger 2 (Flanking the Bear) coming with the F14 module Vs. Fear the Bones being a dedicated stand alone DLC campaign - It is something I had not considered and that explains much. Thank you. (slight counterpoint: The campaign for my F18 seemed to be perfect and that came with the airframe too but I still defer to you) I confess I'm being a bit salty, but in fairness to all players, it is not cool to make people fly around in circles for hours because missions break after updates or outright have triggers that have not functioned correctly since launch (ie. months). I still feel like Heat Blur should warn players that their "Free" (but not actually free) campaign for the F14 module is still in 'development' given that they are now 'playing with other toys' and will likely not update it anytime soon (if ever). That way, at least people know to expect issues and so will more readily look for solutions or feel less bad about 'skipping' a level. Just my 2 cents but ye... I'm only frustrated because I love the F14 soo much and the campaign was so close to being perfect! Sorry for my winge and I appreciated your response

Thanks to all for the updates. Unfortunately I poured soo many hours going around in circles, trying different things without success and left thinking that I was following instructions inadequately before finding this post and realising that Iron Heel AND Cage the Bear are critically bugged (and have been since their release). As of Sep 29 2023 mission 05 of Iron Heel still appears bugged (TALDS do not trigger anchorman). At this point I have to research which missions are broken BEFORE starting so as to not sink more hours in a black hole of useless attempts with Reforger 1 and 2 Why is Fear the Bones flawless with it's triggers and has never broken after any patch (and even comes with custom kneeboards and music) but the 'Reforger' DLC feels like 'early access' in comparison? Anyway - Just had to vent because I have no hope that the Iron Heel and Flanking the Bear will ever be fully patched (once and for all)... Hope ED proves me wrong!

Nearly the end of July and still no fix? Oh well... After many failed attempts the best I can get is this: bomb the scuds - rejoin with lead - get RTB message - abandon lead because they go awol as @John Wayne said - then tacan to texaco-1 - get within 2nm of tanker and ignore refueling (when I try the hose just doesn't want to connect and I have plenty fuel left) - jester says he will set waypoint 3 after refueling but waypoint 3 is broken so I just set tacan ground to Incrilik (D21X I think) - around 20nm I will hear airbase tell me to maintain heading at angels 10 - around 10nm I get tower telling me to descend to angels 4 heading 230 for an 'over head break' - Jester gets all excited --> I then proceed to fly out into the middle of nowhere with no further 'vectoring' as tower promised Wasted so many hours only to discover the many broken parts of this mission and must have wasted over 8 hours in the previous thinking that I was being a dunce when the mission was actually broken Terribly disappointed that they haven't released a patch for all these problems and that we have to modify our own .MIZ files just to have a playable mission! Sad.
