I was having the same issue of crash on startup with the USA assets pack. I thought I had cleaned out all the old CH files, but ended up noticing that I had missed the B-21 that was in "aircraft" folder instead of "tech" like all the other old assets. So if you are crashing go check and make sure you got rid of that one as well.

Confirmed here on the F16C module as well. Button interaction occurs when the finger is much deeper into the mesh than it was before. This causes inputs to be much less accurate, especially where buttons are close together.

As someone who loves to fly in VR, please add the ability to interact directly with buttons using hand trackers such as Leap. The spacious cockpit of the F-15 and nice large buttons on the MFDs and UFC would work great with this. If possible, please do this on the Harrier as well! You guys make some great cockpits, but it's a shame always having to reach for the mouse.
