HI, I'm asking here because I wonder if this might be a setup of the plane in the mission rather than a 'module' problem. It happens in VR and 2d. On Mission 3 the pitch ladder is always shifted over to the left hand side of the HUD. Once you get used to it it's perfectly flyable just quite odd and takes your attention. Any ideas what can be done? Thanks, Paul

I am trying to the use the knobs on the orion to alter the heading and course but there is a problem. For example, when i turn the course line knob the f18 cockpit and the course switch flicks back and forth like mad - but the course does not change. See the video for an example - i use the knob on the orion, no joy, then use the mouse - works fine. Then finally the knob again and it doesn't work. Any advice? IMG_0936.MOV

Is anyone else having this issue when switching between vr/2d? You can see that it does work eventually. Also - should this setting be automatically set from the preset that i choose? That would seem obvious but it doesn't do it. Recording 2025-05-30 131736.mp4

To quickly enter TSD points I use the keyboard numpad, when i press 'LCtrl + LWin + Num5' DCS 'presses' both the KU key 5 and also resets the VR view to centre. I notice that KU Key 5 is bound to LCtrl+LWin+Num5 in AH-64D Pilot and in both AH-64D Pilot & General that Num5 is bound to View Center. Num5 is pretty handy for recentering the VR view when loading into DCS so i would like to retain that and of course entering TSD coords in a pain using the mouse... So the problem is that when you type 5 on the KU (using the keyboard) your VR view resets to whatever way you are looking at that time. Any ideas on how to retain both? or could this be a bug with how the key presses are recognised? Cheers

I checked again and Autostop/start was bound to a switch on the Throttle - so that's likely to be the cause. The curious thing is that I did not move the switch during the flight, so I wonder if the switch was closed and then somehow DCS repolled the switches and processed it as a new keystroke? I did have Hot Plug turned on, could this have been the reason? Thus causing me to fall from the sky like an absolute spanner. Thanks for answering the question and sorry for wasting your time

This sounds odd, and it's not happened anywhere but in this campaign, but I can be flying along and then all of a sudden the map appears and then AUTOSTOP gets triggered. This then stops me from flying and I crash. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it seems to be just after a flight lead reaches a turnpoint. Sometimes it happens in a mission and sometimes not. I've flown a lot in the Huey, for instance I've completed Paradise Lost and plenty of time on servers in the UH1 and it's not happened there. It's happened on 4 missions in a row (9-13) Any ideas are welcome? Any Cheers

I get this too in mission 8 - they fire off to the right hand side. If you fire them on the ground they are fired at 45 degrees to the right.
