  1. Well, if they haven't fixed it already it'll probably slip in there. I've already addressed that it doesn't hurt to find stuff.
  2. I've got a few questions: Will there be changeable engine inlet screens/EAPS? Will failure, redundant, revisionary, and systems alike being modeled properly? Will the CMWS be modeled, or at least one for cosmetic appeal? Modeled Crew Chief/Flight Engineer AI or playable role? This is NEEDED Please, no "we'll tell you when we have the news." Or any replies that don't give me any answers.
  3. The flight model is what I'm most concerned about. I most definitely don't want to wait out the Chinook like how it's going with the Apache
  4. Will we have the ability to change the engine inlet screens/EAPS?
  5. Yeah, I totally get that. I appreciate the work that's going into the Chinook, regardless if it's not as intended.
  6. The -10 is online, not sure if it's CUI, but it's online. That means they can without a doubt implement the CMWS, but I'm not sure of the legalities of that. They made the ICH-47F for the Italian government, so I wouldn't doubt they don't.
  7. I'm sorry, shouldn't we ask questions in the discussion thread...instead of the FAQ, which you'd think would be for official channels and would've been locked anyways? What about the wish list thread? No, Block 1 aircraft can also refuel.
  8. I feel as if this should be an option that's available to add or turn off. Every Chinook nowadays rock the CMWS, so, yeah.
  9. Uhh, man, you might want to read the thread. Everyone's sharing a common opinion, lol. It's most definitely how ED customers feel, because all of us are.
  10. It's pretty evident that most people will buy it anyway, which allows big companies like ED to get away with this. Clearly, this module has been rushed, big time. I don't know what gave the green light for pre-orders or why the release date is set for a time that's far from ideal for ED themselves, but something needs to change. If Nick Grey truly believes that DCS is a community game, then ED should treat it as such. Currently, community interaction seems limited to the players themselves, leaving us relying on assumptions rather than official promises/posts. I'm fine with the 47 not having CTLD capabilities at launch/EA, but EA lasts a long, long time sometimes, and I don't want to be there for that. CTLD features and crew chief features, the two most important things for the Chinook, won't even be added during EA? I don't even think you guys discussed a crew chief on this forum. I feel as we should get actual developers, the ones who are working on these things, to answer us, and listen to us. Because, no offense, but having "clueless" community managers talk about stuff they don't know is painful for all of us. I wish the best of luck to the team, and hopefully, just hopefully you guys can do this right.
  11. Logistics and a crew chief/flight engineer are the two most NEEDED things in the Chinook. You've got 100ish feet behind you that you can't see at all, so having peak communicant is needed.
  12. This. Hopefully ED will actually prioritize updating and adding correct features to the CH-47F, and not leaving it in the dust.
  13. It's where Chinooks go to FARPs and use their fuel to fuel other aircraft
