I am about to download DCS Warthog A-10 and not quite sure if I should download the files as FTP or HTPP. What is the difference between the two and which would you recommend to download. THANKS.

I have played the first three default missions in the campaign;devils Cross, Georgian Hammer and The Shore. I received confirmation that I had successfully completed all three missions, this was over a two day session. My question, is that the full campaign? If there are more missions how to I access them? I can`t find any cues as to how to advance the campaign. Thanks.

Thanks for all the help. Where would all the saved games be located. I assume that if I uninstalled the sim normally that the saved games files would also be included in the uninstall.

Question, should I uninstall and delete all folders and traces of my current beta version and all it`s patches before installing the DVD which by the way I also bought at Best Buy.

Does the new DVD version of DCS` Warthog A-10C include the new 1.1.1.0 patch ? Should I uninstall and delete all current folders of my current beta version of the Hog then install the dvd version? Anyone have a good link explaining this. The install guide did not explain what I should do if I am currently playing the beta version before installing the dvd version. I can`t locate anywhere in my folders what version number I am playing.so I can`t reference it. thanks Dave

I am currently working on how to use the JTAG option in locating enemy targets. All my questions refer to the tutorial link included on this thread. 1. Player UZI 11 "line is as follows:" 12NM SE of IP EDSEL. Question; can someone please tell me how this works? Is it related to your location from JTAG`s location or does it relate to your location from compass North? 2.JTAG: response is: IP:FORD, Heading 311 (offset ) what does offset mean?. Does this heading mean the direction I need to navigate to? 3. Egress to FORD, I know what Egress means but what do the names EDSEL and Ford mean? I very rarely use the forums for answers but i`m stuck on these issues. Thanks.

I did what you recommended but the most I could get was no more that 35 degrees in any direction. The profile option I used was DCS...is that correct? Should I have adjusted any of the settings?

I can`t seem to config my TrackIR v5 config to work as smoothly as all those youtube tutorials. Does anyone have a good screenshot of their TrackIR settings they can share? Thanks!

Regarding my previous post. My question is 7:00 through 7:22. How to make the "L" blink, he probably has a key bound to it but I can`t find the correct command to bind in control options.

How can I toggle between your standard lazier and the infrared lazier...i`m looking for the blinking "L" on my MFCD to use the more accurate infra lazeir over the standard lazier. Thanks.

While flying in campaign mode the symbology on my HUD and the landscape beyond began to blur then a few seconds the symbology began to double! This continued to get worse...I then checked my instrument panel which was normal with no sign of distortion. Just to make sure I was not having a seizure I checked my room and that was also normal.:megalol: Has anyone one encountered this issue with the (DCS) A-10? My best guess is that my video card was overheating, could that be the cause?
