WOW thanks i`ll try it!

! am learning to manually start up my engines and ran into a snag. I can`t move my left throttle to idle position. I tried it with my joystick..x65f... with no effect. I went to controls and did not find specifically a left throttle option to work independently of the right throttle. Any help would be appreciated.

I located them all...close to six "Engine Start-up" commands...one needs the Right Window key pressed but I don`t have it. I tried to re-assign it but no go!

where are they hiding it? Do you have to assign a key for it? There is nowhere that says Start Engine in the key assignment list. Do they have another name for it?

LOL! I don`t have a RWIN key...it`s the FN key. LWIN+Home is no good.

start-up I just saw a tutorial on youtube that there is an option to start with engine on or to start in the air...honestly!

Where is the setting for A-10 auto start-up? Can I use it for the Campaign also? I want to play the Campaign while i`m learning how to manually start-up the engine. Thanks

On an average i`m getting 50 fps on medium settings except when I dive to use my gun . hen get between 400 to 200 feet of the target my FPS get as low as 4fps. My resolution was at 1920x1080, now it has been lowered to 1680x1050 and the problem persists. Is anyone having the same problem? It is the only time I get unmanageable frame rates. All of the following are set to off: HDR,TSSAA,Clutter?Brushes,civic traffic, birds are off and res of cockpit display is at 512 every frame , could the last item (cockpit display ) be the problem? Will this be fixed when the retail version is released? Any ideas what else to adjust? THANKS, Processor: Intel® Core i7 CPU 950. 3.07GHz 3.07 GHz. Ram 12.0G. 64-bit OS. Can anyone with the X-65F joystick tell were you have the Mic Switch ( AM,FM UHF radio communication ) configured on your throttle? I`m not sure where would be the best control to assign it to. Thanks.

Thanks Thanks warrior....can I communicate with my wingman in the "Quick Missions" Right now I seemed to have figured out everything except how to get on the same frequency with my wingman. I don`t know why i`m having a problem with this? If you could solve that that would be a huge hurdle to clear! Thanks again.

I got everything working except getting wingman`s frequency...any simplified explanation on how to do that? I can`t open powerpoint. I am flying quick missions could that be the problem?

mac how do you like your 5970 video card......I have it too...for me it is worth every penny I paid for it. Details and particles are beyond my expectations! I also don`t have any problem with overheating. GREAT CARD all around.

Any video tutorials regarding radio an communications?

I have tried the default key assignments for communicating with my wingman...nothing. I checked it in Game and Sim mode to no effect. I re-assigned the commands to new and different keys and with no luck. I can`t locate any info in the "search" field. I am still in tutorials...thought maybe communications in the tutorials was not activated. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
