It just does not accept my entry/entries maybe it`s my password that is not correct. But why have the words "check string?" if it`s just a confirmation? I`ll try it again!

I just found DSC A-10 in the list for supported sims (games ) in the master list in my TRACKIR V.5. I can`t test it now but will later and let you know if it`s working. X UR FINGERS!

THIS IS ALL THE INFO ON THAT LINK. Shhh... don't tell NaturalPoint or they might stop working on their 64bit software ok? There is a workaround for enabling full 6DOF TrackIR support in the 64bit DCS A-10C client. It's a bit of a kludge, but as far as I can tell it works flawlessly. You'll need: tir2joy ( I guess these are downloads from the internet ) PPJoy Run the PPJoy installer and be sure to follow the instructions to enable test-signed drivers (you should see the text, "Test Mode, Windows 7, Build XXXX" in the bottom right corner of your desktop). Run the PPJoy Joystick and Gamepad configuration utility ("Configure Joysticks" in the PPJoy start menu group) and click Add, and then Add again to create "PPJoy Virtual Joystick 1". Simple enough, now close the configuration utility. Run tir2joy.exe and leave it running in the background while you fire up DCS A-10C 64bit. Now it's just a matter of mapping the appropriate PPJoy Virtual Joystick axes and you're finished. The attached image shows how the axes looked for me but yours may be different and require some fiddling. Enjoy!

Just to let you all know i`m 63 yo...but that is not an excuse. It took me 25 years to become an artist and never gave up, if i`m passion et about something I will succeed. A month or so I made the mistake of asking my wife that I want to try Combat Simulators for a hobby, my best friend plays them and I was very excited about them. My wife and my friend got together and got me the TrackIR and the DCS A-10 ( my choice to try the A-10 ) as a birthday gift. I must admit it all became overwhelming trying to learn both, but I think I have made much improvement in the three weeks that have passed. The criticism does not bother me, You learn as you get older how to filter them. What does bother me is all the assumptions that are made when you don`t know the person`s history behind the thread. I only have one more week left before my friend returns from his travel to help me get through this. All this being said I did have a lot of help on this forum from may members who did help me and I did make an effort to let them know how much I appreciated it.

Kinkos copied my entire manual for $57 dollars, that included the binder. The bad side it`s in black and white but color does not make that much a difference. $57 dollars is certainly much less expensive than a new printer! Ask for the bulk rate.

I still have the files but assumed they would take more than 10 minutes to install as someone commented on this thread.

64 bit I`m afraid i`m running only 64bit and I don`t want to reinstall this monster again! DCS is in the " program file " folder not in the " program file (86) " folder...so i`m assuming I checked the 65 bit only:cry:

Will the A-10 work with my TrackIR v5...if so how do I activate it? I downloaded my games in TrackIR but the DCS A-10 was not listed as a supported Sim. Thanks.

I figured it out China aft ( C.) will reset to missle to boresight.

I had already fired one Maverick and TGP was obviously working, I then went around for the second target and that`s when it got the message...in other words it was already turned on.

What happens to the TGP regarding the following message; "Targeting Pod Not Ready" and how do I correct it Thanks.
